Estate Manager Team is 100% family owned and operated. We are a team of four private household management professionals with 16+ years of industry experience and a professional Swiss hospitality background. We have extremely high standards, perform quality control, and offer a large variety of in-house services.

Our goal is to provide unprecedented service at competitive pricing. For us, it’s not just about getting the job done. Moreover, it’s all about “service par excellence”!

Beyond managing your estate, we offer a variety of other services such as vehicle, boat, watercraft maintenance, renovation project management, events organization and orchestration, housekeeping- and laundry services, organizing closets, restocking supplies, personal/executive assistant duties including travel management, concierge and chauffeur services, handyman- and home automation services. Our in-house concierge, handyman and low voltage technician are on-call 24/7 for your convenience.

Annette K. Seier

Estate and Project Manager

With over 16+ years of experience in worldwide Estate and Property Management, Annette has a keen eye for perfection, discretion, and giving back time freedom to clients. Alongside this, Annette is also a residential renovation project manager and an owner’s representative. She leads renovation projects from inception to completion and is an expert at keeping multiple projects moving forward simultaneously while never compromising on quality.

Fabienne Knecht Seier

Estate Manager and Personal/Executive Assistant

Fabienne has a well-rounded Hilton and Hyatt hospitality background. Her passion is assisting business executives as a personal or executive assistant and luxury concierge. Furthermore, she plans, manages, and orchestrates events from the initial idea to successful execution. Additionally, Fabienne is a professionally trained high-end laundress and housekeeper, has 6 years’ experience in estate management.

Reinhard Seier

Handyman and Construction Manager

Reinhard has an automotive background, and it is safe to say that he has probably driven every car from vintage to high-end luxury vehicles over his career. He is determined to take great care of your vehicles, from yearly registration to maintenance. Additionally, he developed a true passion for residential maintenance and handyman services. With a go-getter attitude, he stays on top of every little detail and ensures projects are always moving forward. Reinhard has 15+ years of experience as an Estate Manager.

Pascal Seier

Estate Manager, Low Voltage Technician, and PCNA

Pascal loves home automation! He is a trained Low Voltage Technician and Professional Certified Nertwork Administrator, who maintains and updates high-end electronic systems. He designs and installs home theaters, sound systems, surveillance and alarm systems, lighting controls, networks, and automated shade systems. Additionally, he troubleshoots networks and computer problems, and has 6 years’ experience in Estate Management.

Vendor Network

All vendors we work with go through a rigorous vetting process. Furthermore, we have a working relationship with most of them since many years. As one of our standards, one of our Estate Managers will always be present when a vendor visits your property, and all work performed will be checked. Should you have your own preferred vendors, we gladly work with them as well.
